Privacy policy
Updated
Short version: we set no cookies, we don't store your IP address, and we don't sell personal information.
What we record
To learn which pages help people, we keep an anonymous log of page views and store clicks:
- the page, and which store and button you clicked;
- the website that sent you (for example, a search engine) and any campaign tags in the link;
- device type (phone, tablet or desktop) and country, worked out from your request and not stored with your IP address;
- a random ID kept in your browser tab's session storage, so we can tell that several clicks came from one visit. It disappears when you close the tab.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. Our site is hosted by Vercel and the log is stored with Supabase.
When you click through to a store
Store links may pass through an affiliate network (Awin, Impact or CJ). The network and the store may set their own cookies to credit a sale. Their privacy policies apply on their sites.
Advertising
We may advertise this site on Google. We don't put advertising tracking tags on our pages.
California residents
We don't sell or share personal information, and we don't collect information that identifies you by name. You can ask what we hold or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@bottomupblinds.com.
Children
This site is for adults shopping for their homes and is not directed at children.
